1. A player’s violation of any provisions of Terms and Conditions shall be a ground for cancellation or suspension of his/her remote gaming platform account, and/or the forfeiture of funds thereof, as the case may be.
  2. Buenas Electronic Games shall only allow play and accept bets from within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. All play and bets are subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS set forth herein.
  3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS for play and bets may be amended at any time even without prior notification. The version number and validity start date will be shown in all games.
  4. Players must be at least twenty one (21) years of age. All play and bets made by persons below twenty one (21) years old shall nullified and voided.
  5. Philippine government officials and employees together with their spouses, children and parents, members of the Philippine military and law enforcement agencies are not allowed to play and place bets with Buenas Electronic Games.
  6. Students of any school, college, or university within the Philippines are not allowed to play and place bets with Buenas Electronic Games.
  7. PAGCOR officials and employees are not allowed to play and place bets with Buenas Electronic Games.
  8. HHR Philippines, Inc. (HHRPh) officers and employees are not allowed to play and place bets with Buenas Electronic Games.
  9. Players are not allowed in open venues such as streets, parks, malls, restaurants, churches or places of worship, markets, and other venues which are in direct and full view of the public.
  10. Players shall be fully responsible for compliance with TERMS & CONDITIONS set forth herein.
  11. Buenas Electronic Games shall have full and absolute discretion to accept or reject play and bets.
  12. Buenas Electronic Games has the right to change game rules at any time.
  13. Players who engage in cheating, game fixing, fraud, deceitful conduct, and devious machinations shall automatically forfeit all funds in their gaming account.

ACCOUNTS

  1. A full KYC and identification verification process shall be required to be conducted for each of the player prior to his first withdrawal or cash-out transaction request or within seven (7) days from his/her registration or sign-up, whichever comes first.
  2. Online players must register with authorized Buenas Electronic Games outlets.
  3. Upon registration, players shall provide accurate identification, a valid address, an email, a contact number and other details.
  4. Accounts with incorrect and/or inaccurate identification and/or other details shall be terminated.
  5. Buenas Electronic Games shall have the absolute authority to close any player account with or without cause. In such event, non-erring accounts shall receive the balance of their funds.
  6. Funds maintained in the account of players shall not earn interest.
  7. Players may, at any time, withdraw from their accounts, provided that payments have been confirmed.
  8. A player shall only be allowed one (1) Buenas Electronic Games account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Players with multiple accounts shall be frozen and closed. Funds in such multiple accounts shall be forfeited. Any player found guilty of fraud shall be liable for any damage incurred as a result thereof.

  10. Players shall be solely responsible for the confidentiality of their account details. Buenas Electronic Games shall not be liable for processing online bets of hacked accounts. Should any player suspect that his/her account has been hacked or his/her personal information was used to open an account, such player must notify Buenas Electronic Games immediately.
  11. Players shall refrain from allowing any person to use his/her account. Should any player allow another person to use his/her account, such player shall have full responsibility for any legal or financial consequence that may arise, and, shall indemnify and hold Buenas Electronic Games free and harmless from any damage arising therefrom.

SUSPENSION / CANCELLATION OF PLAYER'S ACCOUNT

  1. If a player's account is suspended or terminated for using fake accounts or any other violation of our terms of service, any remaining balance will be forfeited in favor of the Government.

BETS

  1. Minimum buy-in of One Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,000.00) upon registration with succeeding re-load at a minimum of Five Hundred Pesos (₱ 500.00) shall be required in gaming sites for electronic games.
  2. Each game shall have a bet limit, with a minimum bet of Five Pesos (₱ 5.00), and a maximum bet of Five Thousand Pesos (₱ 5,000.00). Minimum withdrawal is One Hundred Pesos (₱ 100.00). Buenas Electronic Games shall have sole discretion in setting the cashin, cash-out, and betting limits.
  3. Players are solely responsible for the correctness and accuracy of their bets. Players cannot cancel confirmed and accepted bets.
  4. Buenas Electronic Games shall not accept any bet that exceeds the amount of funds contained in the account of the player.
  5. The winnings of each player shall be credited directly to the account of such player. Erroneously credited winnings shall be automatically deducted from the account involved.
  6. Buenas Electronic Games will provide correct, complete, and up-to-date information for services rendered. Buenas Electronic Games shall not be responsible for the reliance of any party with regard to the above information and services that resulted from human error or technical issues not attributable to Buenas Electronic Games.
  7. Players are responsible for immediately notifying Buenas Electronic Games of any erroneously credited funds to their accounts. Erroneously credited funds shall not be available for play or betting and such fund shall be voided.
  8. Players who place bets are warranting and representing that they fully understand the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of such play and bet.
  9. Completed bets and/or transactions cannot be changed. Buenas Electronic Games shall not be responsible for erroneous bets and shall not entertain any request for change in bet.

WITHDRAWALS

  1. Players should be aware that there is a minimum processing period of 3 days for the release of withdrawn funds, specifically for Jackpot Amounts and Large Sums of Prizes. This period is necessary for thorough verification and security measures. Players will receive notifications about their withdrawal status and any updates, with possible extensions in exceptional circumstances.

MISCELLANEOUS

  1. All players warrant and represent that they shall not use Buenas Electronic Games for any illegal activity.
  2. Should any part of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS are found to be invalid and/or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the provisions that are not affected shall remain valid and in force. The intent of the terms and conditions stated herein shall supersede invalid and unenforceable provisions.
  3. All players of Buenas Electronic Games warrant and represent that they agree to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  4. All rights not granted herein are reserved.
  5. Buenas Electronic Games shall not be responsible for any failure in hardware and/or internet connection that will cause the placing of an incorrect bet.
